Introduction
Welcome to AR Services. By booking our repair and maintenance services, you (the customer) agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and professional relationship between our technicians and our customers.
Service Protocol & Approvals
Appointment-Based Service: We operate strictly on an appointment basis. Our technicians will visit your premises at the scheduled time.
Inspection & Diagnosis:
Before starting any work, our technician will inspect the appliance, identify the root cause of the issue, and explain the necessary repairs.
Customer Consent:
No repair work will commence without the explicit approval of the customer regarding the estimated cost and scope of work.
Pricing and Payments
Service Fee:
A standard labor/service charge of ₹400 is applicable for every successful repair.
Spare Parts:
We use only 100% genuine and original spare parts. Please note that the cost of spare parts is not included in the service fee and will be charged additionally based on actual costs.
Payment Methods:
Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the service. We accept payments via Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe), or Bank Transfer.
Limitation of Liability
Pre-existing Conditions:
Due to the age or wear and tear of certain appliances, some parts (such as rusted screws or brittle plastic clips) may break during the dismantling process. AR Services and its technicians are not liable for such incidental damages caused by the fragile condition of the machine.
