Cancellation, Refund, and Warranty Policy:
Cancellation Policy:
Pre-Arrival: Customers can cancel their booking at any time before the technician reaches the location without any charges.
Post-Arrival: If a booking is cancelled after the technician has arrived at the doorstep or after the diagnosis is completed, a mandatory Visiting Charge of ₹199 must be paid to cover travel and inspection time.
No-Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund: We follow a strict No-Refund Policy. Once the service is completed and the payment is made, the service charges and spare part costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Resolution: In case of any dissatisfaction or recurring issues, we provide resolution through our warranty and replacement policy instead of monetary refunds.
Warranty & Replacement (6 Months)
We provide a 6-month warranty on all original spare parts replaced by us.
Within 30 Days: If the replaced part malfunctions within the first 30 days of service, we will replace the part and provide the labor free of cost.
30 Days to 6 Months: If the part fails after 30 days but within the 6-month period, the spare part will be replaced for free under warranty; however, a standard Service Charge of ₹400 will be applicable for the technician's visit and labor.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty is void and does not cover damages resulting from:
Physical Damage: Any external impact, accidental drops, or tampering by third-party technicians
Pest Infestation: Damage caused by rodents (rat bites), cockroaches, or other insects.
Environmental Factors: Damage due to high voltage fluctuations or water logging.
